Before submitting

Warranty requests will not and do not cover manufacturer's suggested maintenance. Failure to maintain equipment properly while requesting warranty service could result in the service technician invoicing the end user.

Maintenance and setup reminders

• Clean condenser coils quarterly, every 3 months.
• Keep proper ventilation: 6 inches off the back wall.
• Ensure proper door seal.
• Connect equipment to the correct electrical and NEMA outlets.
• Ensure the power switch is turned on.
• Do not overfill the unit, because improper airflow can impede proper function.
